Patented SPR Evaporation System

Inter Coastal City, LA - Total Separation Solutions, LLC completes a significant, six week, clear completion fluids concentration job using the patented SPR evaporation system. The job was run continuously 24 hours per day, and seven days per week with minimal downtime. In addition to concentrating the fluid by evaporation of the excess water, iron contamination was removed using a patent-pending, proprietary process. Clear completion fluids are heavy brines that are used primarily to workover offshore wells, and they are often diluted with water. The patented SPR evaporation system allows continuous processing of the diluted brine to return it to its original weight and pristine condition.
